Why take our class?

Virus issues: All of our classes are on line through Zoom. We have given six on classes so far, and will give another on November 20, 2020. Email mike@oregonparkmanagers.net for a registration form.
Do not be concerned about the timing of compliance. If a class is postponed, the state has authorized me to extend the compliance date until after you have an opportunity to attend.
Since March of 2006, OPMA has presented 142 classes in 11 Oregon cities.We have certified the Oregon continuing education requirement for over 3300 owners and managers.
We provide a newly revised textbook for use in the class. It contains all of the Oregon statutes that you need to operate your park according to the law. Several forms used in park operations are included and discussed during the class. Experienced managers have commented on their appreciation for this useful guide.
We are certified by the Oregon Real Estate Agency to provide continuing education credit to Real Estate Brokers and Property Managers.
Our classes are small, presented in a seminar style, so that your questions are answered. You also learn from the answers to questions asked by other park managers.
